Let me illustrate by giving you an example:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Suppose that you like to stay in front of your favorite laptop for 10 hours. You like it. You do some great things and the joy fills your mind. You are getting energy or to be correct, emotional energy from your laptop. The laptop is an energy distributor, giving you energy. Later, let's say after one month you are getting tired. Your eyes are strained, you have muscle pain and your neck is stiff. What do we have now? Your laptop is now acting as an energy taker, taking energy from you. When we become aware of this cycle, we can more easily balance our life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Make sure to list everything that can act as an energy distributor and energy taker and how they can change over time. Then do something about it. If you want to have energy most of the time - act.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Now let us have a look at ourselves as human beings and the different kinds of energy that we all have:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Physical Energy: This is related to our physical activity in this world and how hard we work to sustain our needs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Emotional Energy: In this category are our feelings and emotions- negative and positive and how we process them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Mental Energy: Our thoughts play a vital part in our lives and again we can have positive or negative thoughts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Spiritual Energy:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Trust and faith in Gods, Goddesses, some kind of spirits and entities, soul, spirit, higher self, and the invisible power of the universe.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">So we have four different energies and in order to have more energy in life, it is better to manage them. In this way, you will have energy most of the time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Do you want a little boost of energy?\u00a0 I will give you simple exercises - however, there are no guarantees in life.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">THE EXERCISES\u200b\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Physical Energy: Try not to overwhelm yourself with too much physical work. Balance, take rest, and have flexibility.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Emotional Energy: Observe your feelings and emotions and give up toxic relationships, find joy and fun in your life and love yourself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Mental Energy: Be positive, plan a good future for yourself and your loved ones and enjoy nature.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Spiritual Energy: Belief in something, something that can help you unfold things in you.\u00a0 ( we\u2019re not looking for answers we uncover truths )<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">I will conclude the article with a topic that is related to many people in this world.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">TIREDNESS \u200b\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">There are many people in the world feeling tired.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Traditional medicine has no real explanation for this condition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">We will look at it from an energy point of view - why does this happen? Constant use of alcohol, drugs, and toxic compounds will create negative changes in the aura.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">THE EXERCISES<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Part of the healing plan is to do physical exercises, to live positively, and to change our lifestyle and possibly our environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;\">Working with the aura and transforming old patterns of behavior are good ways to let go of tiredness.
