The body uses it to send messages between nerve cells. It appears to play a role in mood, emotions, appetite, and digestion. Also, it helps regulate sleep-wake cycles and the body clock<\/p><p><strong>Some people don't believe they can sing. Well do it in the bath or shower, everyone can sing. So if someone has once told you, that you can't then prove them wrong! Your happiness depends on it.
